Supervise and support all front desk operations and staff
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maximize occupancy and room revenue through effective oversight
Qualifications
Associate degree or 5+ years of related experience
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Solid computer and math abilities (basic geometry and algebra)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Prior hotel experience preferred
