Pay Range : $44.65hr - $49.65hr

The Administrative Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting organizational leaders by managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating key activities, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and the capability to build strong relationships across teams.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to multiple business organization leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure leaders are well-prepared for engagements.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing insight and recommendations for time prioritization.
  • Partner with Senior Business Partners on key tasks, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in team events, cultural initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other internal teams.
  • Build a strong professional network to stay informed of organizational priorities and critical business needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts.
  • Support team culture by organizing events and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support executives or senior leaders with high-level administrative needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships across levels and departments.
  • Highly reliable, prepared, responsive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong multitasking ability, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other productivity / collaboration tools.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating large-scale meetings, events, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate leadership needs and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Experience in fostering team culture and driving engagement activities.
