Job descriptionSales and Service Excellence : Assist walk-in and telephone customers, helping them find the products they need and ensuring they leave satisfied. Problem Solving on the Fly : Whether it's a product question or a tricky order, you’ll tackle issues or connect customers with the right team member to get it resolved. Product Knowledge Guru : Stay on top of our product lines by attending training sessions and keeping your knowledge up to date. Team Player : Collaborate across departments to provide exceptional service and hit company sales goals. Inventory Champion : Participate in physical inventory counts to keep everything running smoothly. Promotions Expert : Dive into company-sponsored sales promos, contributing to the buzz and excitement around new products! Customer Service Rockstar : You love going the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. Sales-Savvy : From cross-selling to up-selling, you know how to increase sales and build strong customer relationships. Organized & Detail-Oriented : You have an eye for detail and keep things running smoothly. Knowledge is Power : Experience with wholesale distribution or plumbing / HVAC is a plus—but a passion for learning is a must! Reliable and Available : Monday to Friday (7 AM to 5 PM) with overtime opportunities. Relationships : You understand the importance of providing value in all of your interactions.
