We're looking for a skilled linguist fluent in Mandarin to support our Customer Support team . You'll provide live interpretation for U.S. customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication between English-speaking clients and non-English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between English and Mandarin during customer calls.
• Assist U.S.-based customers in resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure accuracy and neutrality while interpreting — no omissions or alterations in meaning.
• Handle all interactions with confidentiality and discretion
• Maintain high standards of interpretation , preserving tone, context, and clarity.
• Collaborate with QA and leadership teams to enhance communication quality and customer satisfaction.
• Meet call handling, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
• Stay updated on cultural nuances, terminology, and client-specific guidelines.
