Be the Backbone of Excellence as a Site Maintenance Associate at Dash In!

We’re seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Associate to keep our store and property in top-notch condition, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, functional, and welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do :

Maintain Pristine Facilities : Keep the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interiors spotless and inviting.

Handle Repairs and Maintenance : Perform general upkeep tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Support Car Wash Operations : Maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum systems to deliver a flawless experience.

Manage Waste and Deliveries : Oversee waste disposal, restock coolers, and assist with merchandising.

Deliver Outstanding Service : Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met with a smile.

Contribute to Team Excellence : Take part in initiatives that enhance teamwork and store performance.

Qualifications and Experience :

High School Diploma or Equivalent GED

Familiarity with hand and portable tools (power washer, sprayer, limited power tools)

At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Maintenance-related fields

Ability to lift 50lbs

Willingness to stand or be mobile for at least 6 hours

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older

Successful completion of background check and drug screening
