What we are looking for :

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor who is passionate about treating addiction to join the dynamic, family-like atmosphere at First Step Recovery.

The position is part-time , with hours per week being at or around 20 hours per week, and include day time and some evening hours . Job duties would include evening Intensive Outpatient groups, treatment planning, documentation and individual sessions. This position is looking for a January 2026 start window.

You will be required to have a valid, in good standing, ND license to practice addiction counseling. If you are a MN LADC, we can work with you for ND licensure. We can also help explore gaining a ND license from other states as well.
