Job Highlights :

O ver-the-Road (OTR) covering all 48 states (most runs east of I-35, but freight goes wherever it takes us)

Flexible home time – no set policy; choose runs that fit your lifestyle

Average mileage : 2,000 miles / week (top performers 2,300–3,000+ miles / week)

100% no-touch freight – 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

No forced NYC dispatch – avoid city traffic

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days)

Trainer fleet opportunity – earn an extra $250 / week + up to $1,000 when your student upgrades

Equipment & Support :

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

Average haul : 400 miles per load

24 / 7 operations support – help is available anytime

Pay & Bonuses :

Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after the second hour

Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day

Performance Bonus : up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Vacation Package : 1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks
