Phone Operator

Phone Operator / Greeter. Answering phones for a busy medical office. Monday - Friday 7 : 30 - 4 : 30.

No weekends, No holidays or evening hours.

Will assist with checking in patients and answering questions. You will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors as they enter our facility for their appointment.

Answer phones, index fax que, check in patients for certain areas of appointments verify and direct patients to the area where their appointment is.
