Job descriptionAny combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Prior MS Office training and SMS programs training preferred. Prior Office experience. Good customer service and communication skills. Enjoy working with general public. Must be organized and take direction well; Good cash handling skills. Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions. Must have basic computer knowledge; Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
Description
Position Purpose Provide customer assistance, answer phones, file, data entry and assist cashiers.
Essential Functions
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle money and financial payment for services and goods.
- Data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.
- Assist guests with any needs or challenges.
- Assist cashier staffing as needed.
- Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Reporting Relationship Reports to Office Supervisor.
Exemption Status Non-Exempt
