As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their experience with us. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, has excellent organizational skills, and enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
• Verify patient information and ensure all necessary documents are accurately completed.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with medical staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide bilingual (Spanish) communication support to patients as needed.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a front office or medical receptionist role.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a busy front desk environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to make patients feel at ease.
- Familiarity with medical office software and scheduling systems is a plus.
