Position Summary
Our contact center agents serve as the civic voice of our brand, acting as trusted advisors and customer advocates. As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will expand our brand and drive sales by engaging with customers via phone and online, understanding their needs, recommending coverage, and closing sales while delivering exceptional service. A hybrid in-office (T-TH) and remote (M-F) work model is required.
Job Duties / Responsibilities

At least 2 years of licensed sales experience, preferably with major carriers (e.g., Allstate, State Farm). Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in at least one U.S. state, with willingness to obtain non-resident licenses in Virginia and California. Experience in high-volume, KPI-driven sales environments, with strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven sales record. Ability to identify customer needs and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with scripts, compliance, and metrics.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($16.82-$26.44) plus benefits, including health, life, paid time off, retirement, and more. Compensation varies based on experience and location, with potential bonuses or commissions.
