Loan Servicing Liquidation Specialist (Flex opportunity)

At Regions, the Loan Servicing Liquidation Specialist reviews documents and files related to foreclosures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed
• Contacts outside parties to collect or clarify documentation
• Ensures assigned foreclosure loans are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures, investor guidelines, state laws, and federal regulations
• Conducts complete review of litigated and contested matters to ensure all default and / or court timeframes are met; escalates appropriate matters for review
• Monitors the foreclosure process to ensure the loan / file is being worked and proceeds to sale in a timely manner
• Monitors the preparation and execution of all documents related to the foreclosure action
• Initiates actions, as needed, to protect the priority of our claim and to minimize loss to the investor and the servicer
• Responds to all correspondence, requests, and communications regarding assigned files in a timely and professional manner

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Job Range Target :

Minimum : $38,000.00 USD

Median : $45,828.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans : This job is not incentive eligible.
