Spa Manager

A fast-growing med spa group is seeking a Spa Manager to lead operations across two high-volume locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, client experience, and driving spa growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, staffing, and scheduling.

Lead and mentor a team of Aesthetic Injectors, Aestheticians, and Guest Experience Specialists.

Foster a results-driven culture focused on client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives, local outreach, and membership growth campaigns.

Manage vendor relationships for trainings, events, and promotions.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize budgets for profitability.

Qualifications :

1–2+ years of experience managing a spa, med spa, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to drive team performance and enhance client satisfaction.

Experience executing local marketing strategies is a plus.
