The ABA Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing research initiatives throughout the agency’s program services.
The ABA Program Coordinator identifies research trends in the field of applied behavior analysis, designs and implements research studies at the agency, analyzes results and provides recommendations for best practices to the program.
Under the guidance of the Senior Program Director, the ABA Program Coordinator collaborates with program leaders to identify gaps or opportunities in program services where research may help further the agency’s mission. The ABA Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the program teams to execute research studies.
The ABA Program Coordinator also serves as a lead disseminator and presenter of research that is conducted in the agency as well as the conduit for research collaboration with other organizations. Given the diverse tasks associated with research, the ABA Program Coordinator must adhere to high standards, including ethical principles, research rigor, and effective communication. - To actively further the agency’s mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by monitoring and implementing systems that promote the QofL of the individuals in our care. Pay Range - $73,080.00 - $77,080.00 Annual Salary; Based on years of experience RESPONSIBILITIES : Directs research design and implementation. Analyzes research data and results and provides interpretations for future research opportunities and program implications. Summarize, publish, and disseminate research findings. Ensure ethical conduct in research projects. Provide supervision and training to other behavior analysts, BCBA trainees, and RBTs especially in research methodologies. Collaborate with team members across all program areas to execute research studies, promote the access to new research and ensure that evidence-based practices are implemented with fidelity. Maintain knowledge of current research and advancements in ABA through continuing education and professional development. Serves as a standing member of the IRB committee. Co-Chair for the Partners in Behavior Analysis Conference, or any future conference ACA is affiliated with.
