Job Summary We are a growing company in the sewer and septic industry, committed to providing top-quality service and reliable solutions to residential and commercial clients.

We are currently hiring a General Laborer to support our field team.

Job Responsibilities Assist with the installation and repair of septic tanks, sewer lines, and drain fields Dig trenches and assist with site prep and cleanup Operate hand and power tools as directed Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Follow safety procedures, especially when working around waste and hazardous materials Work alongside technicians and follow instructions from crew leads Help with site setup, including safety signage and barriers Perform general maintenance and cleanup tasks as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) Previous construction or labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments Willingness to work in dirty, wet, and confined spaces Must be reliable and punctual with dependable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must pass a drug screen and background check (if applicable) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, overtime pay, etc.
