Job descriptionAssist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining proper organization of products. Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping. Office Support : Provide sales communications with customers. Assist with research and sourcing for products based on customer’s needs. Assist with other office-related tasks as required. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or logistics is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay : $22-$27 DOE
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of both our warehouse and office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Warehouse Support :
Assembly of customized products for customers
Provide administrative support to senior operations staff, including preparing reports, data entry, and handling correspondence.
