Assignment Type : Travel Operating Room RN

Unit : Surgical Services (Operating Room – General)

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date : March 2, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (8 Hour Days)

Hours per Week : 40 (Guaranteed)

On-Call : 1 day per week, may include weekends

Open Positions : 2 Operating Room RN jobs

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1910–$2050

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license (LARA and Nursys verification required)

At least 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Clinical proficiency in endoscopy procedures

Travel nursing experience preferred

ACLS certification preferred

Completion of RN skills checklist within one year

Not eligible if employed full-time at facility within past 6 months

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Assist in a full range of surgical procedures, including elective and emergency operations

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety

Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgery

Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control protocols

Participate in on-call rotations, including some weekends

Accurately document patient care and surgical activities
