Job descriptionOperate the press brake to produce parts for assembly operations Safely load and unload sheet metal materials Change tooling and select appropriate machine programs Follow all safety and PPE guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized work area Adhere to inventory control procedures Learn additional job functions and provide backup as needed Assist with preventive maintenance and lockout / tagout procedures Meet or exceed productivity standards Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor 2–5 years of experience operating a press brake or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment (Amada experience a plus) Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Must pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening

Press Brake Operator – Up to $26 / hour
About the Role :
We’re looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to ensure top-quality production. You’ll adjust settings for speed, material feed, and cutting paths to meet production goals while maintaining precision and safety.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should be a proactive problem solver who can prioritize production runs to keep parts flowing smoothly and meet company demands.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
Pay : Up to $26 / hour , based on experience
