Job descriptionHave a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in CA,Napa County, City of Napa Have a passion for helping others feel their best Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals Trained leadership that is invested in YOUR success Award programs (like Therapist of the Year) A self-care program that gives you the tools to prolong the career you love A caring community that strives to celebrate individuality and share knowledge Front desk teams dedicated to scheduling appointments and upkeeping treatment rooms Our rooms include heated lift tables, towel cabinets, and all necessary tools and supplies. We offer a variety of specialty modalities and Treatments to our clients including Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Hot Stone Massage, CBD Massage, Rapid Tension Relief, Aromatherapy, Exfoliating Scrubs, Muscle treatments and more! We book you for modalities you want to perform, we never pressure you to perform modalities you aren’t comfortable with (i.e. deep tissue / prenatal). We offer long-term stability. Our average Massage Therapist has been with ME over 5 years. We empower you through cutting-edge training programs and opportunities to advance and grow in the treatment room and beyond. Our owners are committed to making this the best clinic for massage therapists to work. We offer a very healthy, drama free environment with a family of employees that truly enjoy working together. ME SPE Franchising, LLC (“ME SPE”) is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations. The franchisee for each individual franchised location, not ME SPE, Massage Envy Franchising, LLC (“MEF”), or any of their affiliates, is the sole employer for all positions posted for a location, and each franchisee is not acting as an agent for ME SPE, MEF, or any of their affiliates.
