Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to become a part of our team! Help administer and process our construction loans and fulfill our post-construction documentation requirements. 1st Tribal Lending provides construction loans to Native Americans and Tribes to provide housing across the country.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in reviewing construction projects before loan closing to ensure project is well budgeted
- Order and review progress draw inspections for completion and program compliance.
- Disburse funds for approved draws.
- Communicate with builders, borrowers and 1st Tribal Lending staff.
- Package documentation from completed construction projects for submission to HUD
