GENERAL FUNCTION : Develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising programs for the assigned division, line of business, or region. Oversee all aspects of these programs to ensure proper execution.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always prioritize doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist division in establishing marketing initiatives supporting sales, customer experience, and regional goals.

Manage a line-item budget effectively.

Create, implement, track, and execute sales contests and customer incentives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and recommend improvements.

Collaborate across the marketing division to achieve outcomes and drive results.

Work with other divisions to increase cross-sell and customer relationships.

Partner with Bancorp social media team to support enterprise initiatives and local opportunities.

Communicate marketing initiatives throughout Bancorp by engaging with line of business and regional partners.

Manage multiple vendor relationships, monitoring their effectiveness and efficiency.

Recommend in-bank collateral design and assist in execution.

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by obtaining necessary approvals.

Enhance reputation and brand message locally within a regional capacity.

Support the company brand by following branding guidelines.

Manage projects within the marketing budget.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : May have direct reports. Responsible for fostering employee engagement, providing performance feedback, developing talent, and recognizing achievements.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of relevant experience.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent PC skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of advertising mediums.

Financial / banking experience is desirable but not required.

Project management experience.

Strong organizational skills.

Experience managing people preferred.

Ability to work in a team, multi-task, and be flexible.
