About us
Optimize is the largest Generac home standby generator dealership in Louisiana. Our central office is in Baton Rouge, and we have four branches including Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Covington, New Orleans, and a new branch opening in Mississippi. Currently we service over 7500 customers, and we are actively growing that number daily. Founded in 2010 as primarily a solar company, we transitioned to focus on generators in 2016, and Generac awarded Optimize as a "Top 5 Dealership" in 2022 & 2024.

Work Environment : "Truth Makes Us Win" is one of our operating principles, so in that vein... Optimize operates in basic offices and in normal industrial service warehouse areas. Our operations are similar to successful HVAC companies, electrical contractors, and other service organizations. The Optimize team enjoys what they need but choose the practical option when available.
Optimize is seeking a new team member to lead our maintenance & repair division as the Head of Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service team and ensuring that customers receive service in a timely manner. This leadership role will involve management of field technician staff and office support team for the Service Department. This position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of office operations as well as maintenance scheduling. Our Service Department has been nationally recognized by Generac in 2022 and 2024 as the top Generac service provider in the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the service support operations and ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the field technical team and coordinate daily repair schedules.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Train customer service staff in new processes and procedures.
- Monitor service staff performance and provide feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer service staff follow company guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a professional office environment.
