Instructional Design Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Subject Matter Expert. Key Responsibilities Support the development of three Foreign Military Sales (FMS) courses Perform learning analysis and develop course materials Create evaluation plans and collaborate with stakeholders to meet course objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer with a focus on learning analysis and course design Experience using a human-centric design learning model for adult learners in an international context Demonstrable experience in developing course evaluation plans and tools Experience building stakeholder relationships in government, military, or professional services environments Master's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance required
