Conflicts Analyst

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to generate reports on potential new business conflicts of interest.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open software and online research tools

Understand and apply department standard operating procedures and conflicts request workflow

Perform preliminary analysis of conflicts search results for review by a Conflicts Attorney

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, highly preferred

At least three years' experience in conflicts in a law firm setting

Proficiency with relational conflicts databases, such as Intapp Open or LegalKey

Proficiency in using online corporate research databases, such as Dun & Bradstreet and Capital IQ

Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
