• Monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems.
• Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
• Connect with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system build.
