Era Living is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to become the newest member of our Culinary Services team located in our The Gardens at Town Square community, Bellevue WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Friday - Tuesday, 10:30am-7:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef is a lead position in the kitchen, including ensuring food service delivery standards are met and maintained, completing food/supplies inventory and ordering, and providing support for the culinary team in the absence of Culinary Services Director. This role works as an individual contributor and collaboratively with kitchen staff preparing and presenting food and meals in accordance with planned menus, recipes and established portion control procedures, and established cleanliness standards.
