Solution Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead and manage energy efficiency programs for high-need communities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver successful energy efficiency programs in accordance with contract terms and budgets

Manage and mentor a team, setting performance standards and objectives

Develop and maintain partnerships with subcontractors and industry stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field, with 3+ years in a supervisory role

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Interest in sustainability and making an environmental impact

Experience in short and long-range planning and strategy
