Program Manager For Strong Families Vermont Family Support Home Visiting Program

This exciting position with the Family and Child Health Division at the Health Department seeks a program manager who will oversee the implementation and management of the Strong Families Vermont Family Support Home Visiting Program, which uses the internationally known evidence-based model, Parents as Teachers (PAT). This home visiting program is implemented as part of Children's Integrated Services and has case rate reimbursement from Vermont Medicaid. This position will have oversight of all aspects of program development, training, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance. Collaboration statewide will occur with local providers and leadership at state and national levels to support implementation and fidelity to the model to achieve outcomes of child and family health, optimal child development, positive parenting practices, school readiness, reduction of child maltreatment, and family economic self-sufficiency. If you are a public health or early childhood professional skilled at programmatic work, balancing multiple projects, work collaboratively with a variety of partners, are eager to facilitate a variety of trainings and meetings, and will manage grants and contracts, please consider joining our early childhood team! Duties are performed in both a standard office and field settings. Private means of transportation must be available for required travel.
