Chief Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulations and fostering a culture of compliance

Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Lead and mentor the compliance team while collaborating with other departments on compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or risk management within the healthcare industry

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal and state laws

Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a compliance team
