Experienced Lube Technician – $18/hr + Parts & Labor Bonus


Big O Tires – Colorado Springs Area


We are looking for an experienced Lube Technician who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that quality and consistency matter. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows the basics and wants stability, structure, and a clear path forward.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive lube experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Oil changes and fluid services
  • Tire rotations and basic tire service
  • Vehicle inspections and maintenance recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
