Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to work in Med / Surg and receive cross-training for the Emergency Room, Outpatient Infusion, and Same-Day Surgery.
  • The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
  • Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow.
  • Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.

Schedule

  • Fulltime or Part-time - Your choice of 48 hours per two weeks, 60 hours per two weeks or 72 hours per two weeks | Onsite
  • Rotating 12-hours shifts, Day / Night
  • Includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation

    • Pay and Benefits

  • Pay based on experience

    • Pay range : $36.88 - $55.54 per hour

  • Earn an additional $1.25 per hour for rotating 12-hour night shifts

    • Qualifications

  • Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required.
  • RN experience preferred but not required. New Graduates welcome to apply!
  • RN License from the State of Minnesota required.
  • BLS required within 6 months of hire.
  • ACLS required within 1 year of hire.
  • TNCC / CALS required within 1 year of hire or first opportunity when trained to charge.

    The CentraCare Benson Hospital is a 21-bed critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic. A $5.3 million clinic and hospital addition / renovation projects were completed in the fall of 2013. Our group of family physicians, nurse practitioners and visiting specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area.
