Southern Nevada Family Medicine and Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center are growing dual-specialty clinics serving patients across Las Vegas. We provide compassionate family medicine, occupational health, and Medicare Advantage-focused care . Our team is dedicated to patient-centered service, teamwork, and innovation in healthcare delivery.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is a chance to practice in both family medicine and occupational health , with opportunities to grow in leadership, expand your skills, and be part of a supportive and innovative clinical team.

What Youll Do

  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) .
  • Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases .
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment .
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker).
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.

  • Who Were Looking For

  • Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN).
  • DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
