- The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Support day-to-day collections operations, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding accountsAnalyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in A / R, denial rates, and collection efficiencyCollaborate with billing, coding, registration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve issuesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-makingConduct root cause analysis on claim denials and payment delays; recommend and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with payer regulations, HIPAA, and internal policiesSupport system upgrades, testing, and implementation of revenue cycle tools and technologiesRevenue Cycle & Collections Lead Requirements
