Job descriptionThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM Onsite position in Centennial, CO Support day-to-day collections operations, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding accounts Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in A / R, denial rates, and collection efficiency Collaborate with billing, coding, registration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making Conduct root cause analysis on claim denials and payment delays; recommend and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with payer regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of revenue cycle tools and technologies High School Diploma or GED (verifiable); some college preferred 1+ year of experience in medical collections, denials, and appeals Knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement Experience in credit balance reconciliation and revenue cycle processes Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills Working knowledge of automated billing systems; CPR+ preferred Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding and basic accounting practices Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

- The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
