UKG System Analyst (REMOTE)

Position Title : UKG System Analyst

Location : Remote (Preference for EST hours)

6 months contract

Pay rate : $47 / hr W2

Position Summary :

The UKG System Analyst will support and maintain the UKG Pro platform, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and data management. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and a desire to grow expertise in UKG.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-line support for UKG system issues and user requests.
• Perform basic system configurations and assist with testing system changes.
• Generate and distribute reports to HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
• Support data imports / exports and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain system documentation and assist with user training.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and system enhancement projects.
