Salary and Benefits :

• Base salary : $225,000
• RVU incentive - $35,000
• Supervisory bonus - up to $12,000 per month
• Employer covers 65% of collections
• Sign on Bonus - $20,000
• Relocation - $10,000
• Health Insurance – Employee : 1.5%
