Job Summary :
T reatment of patients primarily in the LTACH with coverage in the IRH as needed, based on business need under the direction of the Occupational Therapist; daily documentation / charging in the EMR; education of patients, families and staff as appropriate; communication of patient progress in clinical conference; communication with other team members on a daily basis; preparing equipment orders; contacting vendors for equipment; communication with physicians and other professionals; weekend / holiday services rotation; participation in Performance Improvement initiatives.50 / 50 coverage in hospital
Takes an active role in servicing patients with immediate needs. Documents productivity in a timely manner.
