Contracts Administrator
Adecco is currently looking for a Contracts Administrator. This is a Temp to Hire Position opportunity, with starting pay rates of $25 / hour! Position Summary : The Contracts Administrator supports the Contract Specialist(s) and Contract Manager in preparing RFP responses, negotiating, executing, and administering contracts. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with customer obligations and company policies, mitigating corporate risk, reporting on contract activities, and performing additional administrative tasks as directed by the Contract Manager or Director of Bids, Proposals, and Contracts.
Responsibilities : Working knowledge of contract documents, terminology, and definitions, law office experience preferred, strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven, ability to work independently, resolve problems, make recommendations, and collaborate effectively.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or processing moderately complex documents, intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Word, especially redlining using track changes, comparing documents, manipulating document styles and text formatting, basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF Maker, ability to set up and manage manual and electronic filing systems and databases for information capture, research, documentation, and process flow mapping.
