Recruiting Leader

PFM Financial Advisors LLC is looking for an experienced Recruiting Leader to join our HR Team. This is a hybrid position. The Recruiting Leader will work one - two days per week in our Center City, Philadelphia office, with members of the PFM HR team, and the other days remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the efforts of both experienced professional hiring, as well as campus and entry level hiring, across the firm. The qualified candidate will play a key role in the growth of PFM.
  • Utilize technology and social media creatively to source, attract, and engage with top external talent and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
  • Manage and coordinate full cycle recruiting program including applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, and updates.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates to business leaders, hiring managers, and other recruiting stakeholders.
  • Guide candidates and internal recruiting teams through the recruiting process.
  • Develop and implement tools that position PFM as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee HR responsibilities aligned with recruitment such as new hire onboarding, relocation, and exit interviewing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant Financial Services or professional services recruiting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to candidates, clients, and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines, as well as drive the recruiting processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed (10-15%).
  • Professional presence with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
  • Experience with Workday recruitment and HRIS are strongly preferred.

  • PFM offers a comprehensive benefits package.   • The anticipated base salary for this position is $88,745- $110,932; this position is also eligible for annual performance-based bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
