What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Build and lead the SMB sales organization from the ground up, managing hiring, coaching, and performanceDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products, including outreach channels and conversion workflowsDrive pipeline development with a focus on cold outbound calling to small businessesCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a streamlined acquisition and retention processEstablish KPIs and productivity metrics to monitor and optimize sales activities and performanceWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
10+ years of B2B sales experience with significant leadership roles in building and scaling sales teamsProven ability to create successful outbound calling and outreach sales organizations from scratchDirect experience in selling AI products or technology solutions to small businessesStrong track record in high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling and objection handlingExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and external partnersHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience building or scaling SDR teams focused on cold outbound to SMBsFamiliarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Previous experience growing a sales team from 0 to 10+ membersTrack record of hitting aggressive revenue targets in multiple sales organizationsP&L or business unit ownership experienceWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
