Senior Customer Success Supervisor
Medical device company near downtown Fort Worth is adding a Senior Customer Success Supervisor to their team!!
Ideal candidates will have :
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service / success role
- Proven experience in customer and order management - accurate entry, fulfillment, and invoicing of customer orders; partner with 3PL logistics; oversee returns
- Previous experience in hiring, leading, and coaching customer service teams
- Excellent Customer service and interpersonal skills for both internal and external customers
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP S / 4HANA preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred
- Robust EDI experience (850, 855, 856, 810, 940 / 945, 820, 852)
