AerospaceMaintenance Technician (Industrial / Manufacturing)

Location : Grand Prairie, Tx

Starting Pay : $31.05 / hour

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend machinery life.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in facilities repairs.
• Operate material handling equipment includes forklift, scissor lift, and SkyTrac safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
• Perform general facilities maintenance work.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades as needed.
• Communicate effectively with production team members and maintain clean work areas, including the maintenance shop.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following PPE and lock-out / tag-out procedures.
