Performs varying degrees of clerical functions, from intermediate to fairly sophisticated, which require typing skills and the use of office equipment, personal computers, and business software systems. Customer interaction requires extensive use of customer service skills and a significant degree of decision-making authority. Employees in the classification work in the following areas : Call Center, Commercial Office Support, Customer and Field Operations, Customer Credit and Billing, PBX, Material Management.
