Office Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This role will serve as an integral part of our leadership team, assisting with administrative operations and ensuring the seamless management of office activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee scheduling, staff assignments, and client care coordination.
- Serve as a liaison between field staff, clients, and management.
- Assist with payroll, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including client care plans and staff documentation.
- Handle inquiries from clients and staff professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in office management or an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.Benefits :
