About The Role

Mochi Health is seeking an experienced Principal Programmatic Engineer to expand our B2C growth efforts online. You will oversee and manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with design and analytics to create and execute campaigns. This role reports to Mochi's Head of Growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space, a deep understanding of the ad ecosystem and programmatic advertising, a firm foundation in marketing principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a track record of success. You're a self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Expand Mochi's existing online marketing efforts via programmatic advertising
• Build and manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns to achieve numeric conversion goals at or below the target customer acquisition cost.
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on the marketing mix, integrated campaigns, and an overall coordinated advertising strategy.
• Work with design and brand to fulfill creative asset needs.
• Partner with analytics to evaluate ongoing campaign performance, including questions of attribution, and assess the results of creative or other testing

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000-$350,0000 in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
