The Medical College of Wisconsin and Childrens Wisconsin are recruiting a BC / BE Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics Hospital Medicine Program in Neenah Wisconsin. About the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine
Childrens Wisconsin Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine is comprised of 14 Faculty and 2 Advanced Practitioners located in Neenah Wisconsin. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality family-center care to hospitalized infants children and adolescents in our community. We serve as the primary inpatient pediatric providers managing a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions. The division is committed to improving outcomes through quality improvement initiatives evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration. Our team is engaged in medical education supporting learners at various levels and act as advocates for child health within the community. We value a culture of teamwork compassion and continuous learning to ensure the best possible care for every child and family we serve.

This position is located in Northeast Wisconsin as part of an innovative collaboration between Childrens WisconsinBellin Healthand ThedaCare. These top-quality health care organizations are partnering to improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through a collaboration called Connected for Kids. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with primary and specialty care providers at these organizations to improve patient outcomes. The connection between the organizations helps position our physicians to successfully support the needs of patients and their families.

About Childrens Wisconsin
Childrens Wisconsin is an independent health care system dedicated solely to the health and well-being of children. The hospital with locations in Milwaukee and Northeast Wisconsin is recognized as one of the leading pediatric health care centers in the United States. Childrens Wisconsin provides primary care urgent care emergency care specialty care mental and behavioral health services community health services foster and adoption services child advocacy services and health insurance plans. Each year the Childrens Wisconsin team has more than 6.5 million touchpoints with kids and families through medical care advocacy research and education.
In Northeast Wisconsin Childrens Wisconsin is expanding its services to provide increased access to outstanding pediatric subspecialty care. This includes a pediatric hospital with a Pediatric Unit Level III NICU and Infusion Center which is located at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah Wis. A multispecialty pediatric ambulatory clinic with on-site laboratory and radiology services opened in Appleton 2023.
As part of the Connected for Kids partnership Childrens Wisconsin pediatric specialists have expanded procedural care within Green Bay. Pediatric specialty services will expand within a new pediatric & adolescent specialty clinic in Green Bay opening in August of 2025. Childrens Wisconsin neonatology specialists will also work in partnership with Bellin Hospital to build a Level III NICU within an innovative couplet model that provides both maternal and neonatal intensive care.
