At New Hope Manor , we believe that great care starts with exceptional training . We are seeking a passionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN / LPN) to lead our To Lead Our Clinical Staff in Healthcare Training - preparing compassionate, skilled caregivers to serve our residents with excellence.

This is more than a teaching job- it’s a mission-driven role to mentor and inspire the next generation of CNAs, many of whom will build their long-term careers right here at New Hope Manor.

What You’ll Do :

• Infection control, antibiotic stewardship and other QA activities
• Conducting staff in-services
• Staff training and development through education, mentoring and guided by best practices
• Maintaining vaccination records and audits for staff and residents
• NHSN Reporting
• Participate in the on-call rotation with additional compensation
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to a local nursing facility for occasional clinicals and training. Travel will be compensated
• Other duties as assigned
• Provide training to deliver a comprehensive CNA curriculum, including both classroom instruction and clinical supervision
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for adult learners
• Instruct students in essential CNA duties, safety protocols and infection control
• Supervise clinical skills labs and oversee hands-on training for residents
• Assess, test, and document student competencies in line with state requirements
• Help shape a team of caregivers who reflect our values of compassion, respect, and excellence
