Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GAThis is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 - 5 : 30 EST daily.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Managing the day-to-day technology requirements of an office of 140+ Associates
• Desktop and laptop support (Windows & macOS)
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange, AD, and Intune
• ServiceNow ticketing and ITSM workflow management
• Asset and inventory management of onsite depot and remote resolution support as available
• Work with remote support tools and field service operations

Skills and Qualifications :

Wage Range :

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.25 - $25.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
