European Wax Center Massapequa is currently seeking a sensational Center Manager with passion, determination and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights.

Heres What Were Looking For :

  • Full time position, ability to work nights and weekend
  • 1+ years of center manager experience in related field OR 3+ years supervisory experience in a sales driven company
  • Ability to handle managerial functions
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
  • Ability to achieve results through others
  • Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on centers trend and projection
  • Understanding of market trends and activities
  • Ability to problem solve and work through issues
  • Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
  • Ability to evolve with changing environment
  • Passion to support and represent the EWC value
  • Experience with Zenoti is preferred but not required
