Duties
- As a Business Division Director (Official Title : Supervisory Business Analyst), plan, direct, and oversee the work of the Business Division, including setting priorities, resolving complex problems, and evaluating employee performance.
- Manage and coordinate contract administration and resource management functions for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) contract.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in business, finance, contract, and administrative matters for senior management and other officials.
- Provide input on budget formulation, execution guidance, manage budgetary reports, and approve long-term program implementation plans.
- Implement Departmental policies, ensuring adherence to administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Direct the development of property and equipment needs, coordinate purchases and inventory, and manage office space, equipment, and logistics support.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : A qualified candidate’s online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14. Specialized experience includes all of the following :
Coordinating large-scale contracts, negotiating terms, evaluating contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;Providing input and recommendations for financial management processes, including budget formulation, execution, and expert fiscal guidance for significant contracts or programs.“Experience” includes paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying volunteer or community experience may be credited. Limit resume to two pages. Time-in-grade requirements apply for current federal employees.
