Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Cloud Engineer, in Minneapolis, MN. To design, provision, and govern cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure using infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager, as well as DevOps tools and GitOps techniques. Design and develop cloud services and provisioning processes to support consistent, standardized, secure, scalable, and fully automated deployment. Provide technical leadership to team, vendor, and contractor resources, validation of designs, flawless execution, and seamless transition of applications and services into the cloud environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related technical field, plus 3 years of experience working with Amazon Web Services Cloud Infrastructure platforms and fundamentals of identity and access management; DevOps technologies to support CICD; scripting language and automations platforms, with emphasis on Python, Ansible, CloudFormation and Terraform. Salary Range : $126,500 $165,000.

The estimated base salary for this role is $126,500 $165,000 a year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
